Voluntari@sporMadrid Te acompaña is a user-friendly Android app designed to streamline volunteer coordination for assisting elderly users in Madrid. Upon installation, volunteers will obtain access codes provided by an Internal Management System administrator, who manages their registration. This app effectively highlights pending assistance requests through an alert feature, allowing volunteers to view demand details individually or from a comprehensive list.

Efficient Request Management

When volunteers engage with specific requests, they can see pertinent details such as day, time, district, and contact information. An 'I accept' button facilitates seamless communication through a private chat with the individual requesting help, enabling volunteers to iron out details efficiently. Upon fulfilling a demand, volunteers simply click the 'completed' button to mark the task as finished.

Interactive User Feedback

The app also includes a feature where volunteers conduct a voluntary questionnaire to assess an elderly user's personal situation. Participants' consent is always obtained before proceeding. The gathered data is periodically shared with the General Directorate of the Major, ensuring updated insights. In critical cases, where a volunteer identifies a risk situation through the questionnaire, fast-tracking the information to the General Directorate of the Elderly is made possible with an immediate 'send' button.
